Here's the set-up:
Are you a love-stricken dog with a girlfriend who does not appreciate your zest for life and desire to chase fire trucks? OK, perhaps you are not a dog. Let's even assume you have no desire to chase various fire engines, no matter how hard it is to imagine - they are red, after all. The question remains - if you are in love but your significant other does not appreciate you for who you are, what are you to do? First things first, obviously:

★Keep your pants on. If you don't wear pants, disregard.★

After that, get a solid advice from someone who knows all there's to know about love. This story is a powerful testament of eternal love that can overcome all obstacles. Nah, just kidding.

This is a story about an energetic, enthusiastic, and slightly eccentric funny dog named Baron.

In this book you will also find a collection of other humorous stories that have enough funny jokes to fill two full-sized humor novels, if anyone still writes those anymore. The stories are driven by the dialog and interaction between the characters, in the best comic traditions of Steve Martin, Will Ferrell, Robin Williams, Jerry Seinfeld, Eddie Izzard, and even vaudeville stylings of Red Skelton.

Newly edited, formatted, and expanded version:

✔ As a rule, trolls are a peace-loving people who do not wish to go to war. How to convince those peacenik hippies to take up arms and join your righteous struggle.
✔ Space pirate-infested asteroids are not a problem for our heroic Space Rabbit. He is a natural-born problem solver of the impatient variety.
✔ Baron gets his own radio show. This is downright irresponsible, if you ask me.
✔ A possible romantic situation hilariously turns into a pursuit of a grand conspiracy. Well, when in Paris...
✔ Making a deal with the Devil. The pros, cons, and amusing consequences.
...and more!

P.S. Just a fair warning before you buy this book - "Literary fiction" it is not. These stories are designed to be upbeat and funny. And some even have dogs in them. In other words - it's entertainment.
One Reviewer Notes:
This is a short and fabulously funny read. The chapters are stream of consciousness vignettes with the jewel being the second chapter in which a dog calls a helpline. I could not stop laughing. Each story had laugh out loud moments. My only complaint is that I would have loved to see the first chapter go on because the premise was SO INTERESTING. Pick this book up. You won't be sorry.

And Then Her Mouth

Here’s the set-up:
Ms. Jordan lives the life she loves, and loves the life she lives. The stories in this collection are torn from her own life, but the names have been changed to protect the guilty. Shot through with emotional honesty, this isn’t the typical tedious smut you can get off the rack at the dirty bookstore. It’s tasteful, yet explicit erotica for thinking adults.
