Rated five stars on Amazon! It’s not just for women readers; it’s scored a touchdown with men, too! Frank Ellis lives a great life-as financial consultant and public speaker, he resides in a beautiful penthouse condo in Washington, DC, travels all over the country and has his pick of women.Yet something’s missing. During one of Frank’s entertaining financial seminars, he meets a sexy Southern woman from Savannah, Delilah Carpenter. No stranger to the ladies, Frank leads with his usual swagger-and promptly shoots himself in the foot. Will Delilah reject him right off the bat or respond to the not-too-subtle advances of this brash businessman with the smooth voice and moves to match? Pamela D. Beverly weaves a romantic yet thought-provoking story of interracial “relations” for the times we live in with sensitivity and honesty. Download a copy today!
One Reviewer Notes
“Relations, by Pamela D. Beverly was a very entertaining read. It was a funny, serious, realistic, and romantic story with believable characters. Also, I found it very relevant to today’s society. The author seemed to have an excellent grasp on the overall racial environment. She covered the topic of interracial relationships keeping in mind that there are some people who have accepted it with open arms, while also illuminating the opposition towards it. I was especially impressed with her knowledge of the two main settings: a metropolitan city like Washington DC versus the southern town of Savannah, GA. As a southerner myself, I am familiar with both. It’s been a long time since I’ve read a good novel and I wanted to take my time getting to the end because I just didn’t want it to end. Perhaps there will be a sequel to Frank and Delilah Ellis’ story. At any rate, in the future I hope to see more novels from Ms. Beverly.” – Amazon Reviewer, 5 Stars
