“I found this thin little book to be quite informative. Dr. Uhlig covers most of our health and weight issues including fad diets, medical problems, aging, eating and exercising along with other pertinent topics. In other words he writes about what we should know and practice regarding our health and longevity. He not only tells us about these concerns but he also gives us a solution as to what we can do to better improve out health. Dr.Uhlig gives us some easy recipes and informative tips on how to Live Thin and Live Long. I think my favorite part of this book is that at the end of every Chapter, he summarizes the contents of the chapter which make for easy referencing. This is not just another dull, dry diet book that tells us what we already know. Dr. Uhlig adds wit with easy to understand information about everyday healthy living. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK. “
