I happen to be a nut for end of the world fiction, movies and books and this vision of the future is truely chilling. I loved it. It was so realistic! From the nuclear blasts to the way society simply collapsed. Great writing, very vivid. I could almost feel the sparks between the Mother an the Father and there’s a lot of action. But here’s the truth, the structure is quickly overlooked once this book engages you, forcing you to regard the intense relatable circumstances.
