- How to Enter: This is an online sweepstakes only, sponsored by BookGorilla.com. The Sweepstakes is open to new or existing BookGorilla.com subscribers. To subscribe to BookGorilla.com‘s free daily email newsletter, go to http://www.BookGorilla.com/kcc and subscribe with your email address. Then, just click on the Invite Friends button near the top of your daily BookGorilla.com email, and fill it out in full. When your friend accepts your invitation and confirms their free BookGorilla subscription, you are entered! You will receive one sweepstakes entry for every new subscriber whom you invite, provided that he/she subscribes by midnight EST on that sweepstakes day for the next day’s drawing and has confirmed his/her account by the time we choose a winner. No purchase is necessary. You must enter your correct name on the “Invite Friends” page to win.Each individual daily sweepstakes is separate and entry into one sweepstakes does not disqualify a person from entry into another sweepstakes. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices or programs in association with this Sweepstakes will cause disqualification. - Eligibility: Open to residents of the United States of America and Canada. Participants must be 18 years of age or older. All entries are void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of BookGorilla.com and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, the judging organization, and immediate families in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law.
- Prizes: There is one grand prize per sweepstakes, total value approximately $50, consisting of a $50 Amazon gift card. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received. Total value of all prizes for each sweepstakes is approximately $50. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Neither Sponsor nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damages arising out of the winner’s acceptance or use of the prize.
- Drawing and Awarding of Prizes: Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received online per the drawing schedule outlined. The winners will be notified by email from sweepstakes@bookgorilla.com and must respond directly via email from the winning email address to sweepstakes@bookgorilla.com within 24 hours to receive the winning prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of first attempt, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.
- Notification of Winners. Winners will be notified by email using the email address with which they have entered the sweepstakes. Email notification will come from sweepstakes@bookgorilla.com. It is the sole responsibility of each participant to ensure that they will be able to receive, read, and respond to email notifications from sweepstakes@bookgorilla.com in a timely fashion.
- Waiver of Responsibility or Liability.
