The author expresses the importance of planning for prosperity as well as adversity. It's good practice to have a Plan B and possibly a Plan C should sudden change takes place in your day to day life.

I really like how the author focused on both the positive and negative aspects of working in sales. He shared examples with each action step in addition to providing key take-a-ways for each chapter. He tells it like it is.

Where this book differs, however, is that it addresses strategies that are often overlooked in the somewhat brutal world of sales and cold-calling. I particularly like two aspects: firstly that Anthony teaches both the mental and practical approaches and secondly, the questioning techniques which help the reader to reflect and be curious about the next steps. A must read for all in business and in sales!
