Claudia Velandia is inspired to inspire people to connect and align with their essence so they can experience life fully, without limitations, and together contribute to the well-being of the world.

In 2010, she found herself hitting rock bottom. She was living in the motions of living. She didn't like what she was doing with her life and where it was heading. She felt without purpose and meaning. She was looking to escape from her mind and her emotions; she wanted to run away from her life. Her outlets were working, partying and dating. Those behaviours were her way of self-medicating, and they became increasingly self-destructive. But all they did was deepening her suffering.

She recalls asking herself many times, "Is this what life is about? What am I doing here? And more importantly, what am I doing with my life?"

To dig herself out from what she was experiencing, she started working on herself and looking within. She chose to start living a healthy lifestyle, taking care of her body, her mind, her heart and her soul. She opened the connection with her spiritual path. She began to make changes and not allowing herself to get in the way of living her best life.

Now that she is on "the other side," she can recognize how all of it was created in her mind. She was living as if on autopilot. She also began to observe that individuals are suffering because they are living so much in their minds without even being aware of it. They are also limiting their potential and negatively affecting their well-being as they continue living from a conditioned perspective. In essence, they are in the box, thinking that this is all there is to life.

Her reflections and transformation inspired her to go back to school and become a Certified Conscious Leadership Coach and the founder of Quantum Thinking. It also inspired her to write this book so that people can raise their consciousness and live their best lives.

Claudia was born in Colombia. She immigrated to Spain to study her masters, and now she lives in Canada. She obtained an undergrad degree in Engineering and a graduate degree in Marketing and an MBA and worked in the corporate world for many years in Colombia, Spain and Canada.

Struggling to take a leap of faith....
If you're feeling stagnant or know someone in your circle that is having a hard time striving for a better life but is ready to take a leap I would highly recommend this book.It is the type of book you're going to want to go back and read again and again.Like someone previously stated "It is a true wake up call!!"Love how she began with the function of the brain then went into depth of the mind and soul. All in all this is an awesome book!!

This was a good book to read. Very inspiring and it gave me a lot to think about. I also appreciated the exercises that the author included. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to read about thinking outside of the box, taking control of their life and looking for inspirational material to enrich their journey toward good health and well-being.

I have read numerous books in relation to these concepts and this is one of my favorites because of the down to earth explanation making it easy to understand how to implement the concepts. I like the real life examples that really help to drive home the key points. After a successful business career in the Aerospace industry I believe we are not satisfied unless we keep striving to continually improve ourselves and our lives.

This book is a summary of all existing concepts that you will find in 10 to 20 books. The mindset of Claudia is profond and rich. Take notes while you read the book and make sure to do the proposed exercices. This book is clearly a nice to have in your book list.

I truly enjoyed reading the book, the author gives meaningful explanations in addition to exercises that will help you align with your true self.

This book is a great reminder that so many limitations in life are limitations we put on ourselves. Behaviors become so ingrained that we stop questioning why things are the way they are. This book can help you start asking those questions that you might never have asked, or stopped asking long ago. A good read, and a good wake-up call.

A very complete review of how the brain has evolved and developed into a protective, intelligent guardian of safety. And how that guardian-of-safety function can interfere with achieving happiness and fulfillment by putting the brakes on too hard, too often. The author's descriptions and explanations are written in clear-cut, understandable fashion. Sometimes the explanations are somewhat repetitive. But reading the same thing said differently encourages learning and memory. This is a very good introduction for someone starting an investigation into the field.

The book sounds promising so far, however, I am unable to get to the website and download the "free guide" to get started. Keep getting message website is unavailable. Sort of defeats the purpose of having the book. I'll probably return because it's like a missing piece to a puzzle. Disappointing because, as I mentioned, I feel the book could be helpful. However, when it refers to a non-existent guide, it's difficult.

This book absolutely delivers. I have read a lot of “self help” books that claim to help me become a “better” person or “Best version” of myself. I end up feeling like I’m not good enough as I am, and I can only be happy and have what I want when I improve this or that.
What I appreciated tremendously about this book, is that the author gives you powerful examples about how you may be living your life unconsciously, encouraging you to get curious about your thinking... and helping you see that you may be limiting yourself, and where changes could be made to help you live the best life possible. Starting now.

The writing and content are not preachy or overwhelming... rather they illuminate that even the smallest steps.. micro changes in your thinking (for which the author provides powerful examples and exercises) can spark developments in your awareness, from which there are no return.

I recommend this easy and inspiring read for anyone who is tired of living on autopilot.. and may be noticing the same patterns in their life from which they want liberation. The lessons can be applied to any area of wellbeing - wealth, health, relationships, career... you name it. Give it a read!

At a time in my life where I felt myself simply going through the motions and feeling like I was lacking direction, this book helped put a lot of things into perspective for me. Over the years you simply accept your beliefs and values because of the way you were conditioned, but this book teaches you that you don't have to do that! We all have full control over our actions, decisions, and beliefs, and this book showed me how to gain that control. It's a "Must Read" for anyone looking to get the most out of their lives physically, mentally, and spiritually.

This book will act as a “Users Manual” for me moving forward. Remembering to live in the present, not be driven by my ego and take time to love myself sounds like things we should all be doing. It’s amazing to realize how seldom we actually do. Not only did this book help me to realize what I should be doing, it helped me to understand how I got here in the first place. The author has done a wonderful job providing a step by step process to get out of your own way.

Reading this book has helped me to concisely try to get the negativity out of my mind. What I am referring to is that I needed to re train my mind to think positively. It seems that most thing I see, hear or read these days are negative and it affects the way I looked at everyday life situations.
The exercises in this book helped me be aware that I can't live in the past or the future and that I need to be present in the moment.
