Sig, a newly minted Battle Wizard, has a problem. A dark mage stole his magic. Sure, Sig can change into a giant warrior, but that isn’t enough. Not for someone who is supposed to lead the fight against the growing forces of black magic. Sig has to find the dark mage and get his magic back. However, the mage is determined to kill Sig before he can do that, and the mage doesn’t fight fair. From hiding he sends demons, monsters, and other magical creatures to exterminate Sig.

Despite headlines from ten years ago about the growth of occult, nothing magical had happened in Sig’s life until his mysterious Great-Grampa Thor shows up with injuries sustained in a battle with the Dark Wizard. He bestows upon Sig, his only male heir, a magical family heirloom.
Unfortunately, Sig can only access a small portion of its power. He’s going to need his supernatural friends to help find the dark mage and regain his magic. Meanwhile he needs to maintain his Physics of Magic GPA so he doesn’t flunk out his freshman year.
