Jeff Carson is from Colorado, where he grew up spending a lot of his days playing outdoors -- golf, hiking, and skiing; things he still enjoys. Spending years as a blogger for various sites based on various niches, Carson only recently began writing fiction, something that is now an all consuming passion in his life. At the moment he lives in North Italy with his wife and son. Colorado, however, where the pine and sage-scented breezes blow, is his home, and will always be. When he's not writing, you'll find him eating pizza, listening to music, drinking Prosecco, or mumbling incoherent sentences in pseudo-Italian to any barista in town that will listen. Some of his passions, besides writing, include going on motorcycle camping trips in the wide open spaces of the western US, playing guitar and drums, golfing, and reading. Foreign Deceit is Carson's first book, and the first appearance of David Wolf, a character of great depth -- one who can just as easily open a can of whoop-ass as extend a compassionate hand.
