This book has a little bit of everything. It has relationships, growth, faith and failure, parenting, struggles with life decisions, and more. It will make you laugh, lift you up, and give you some realistic situations that you, or someone you know, might find yourself in. We all experience trials and temptations and distractions and disruptions in our everyday life. Although Grace was a spontaneous person, she did have everyday things she did to help her. At the end of the book, you can see the routine Grace typically followed to help her become the person she wanted to be and to live life abundantly.

Grace Carrington is head-strong, independent, & adventurous. She’s always been in control of her emotions & her actions. Yet upon meeting Jake McKenzie, she finds herself acting on impulse & fighting to regain control over the battle between her head & her heart.

Jake is at a stage in his life when he needs to make some decisions. He needs to escape his dad’s voice, & figure out what he wants to do with his life. After accepting Austin’s invitation to work at the ranch for the summer, he is pleasingly surprised at the distraction he finds awaiting him.

Grace is content with the path she’s on. Determined to run this man off, she opens the door & upon seeing Jake for the first time, she is speechless.
