When the Translucent Boy shares a dream vacation with his best friend Sephie Crumb, he is catapulted into a terrifying world of monstrous lizard creatures, deadly volcanoes, and a mysterious domed city. An elderly paleontologist suffering from dementia complains to the Odd Squad about a dinosaur in his house. An encounter with an irksome alien sends the unlikely band of superheroes to the prehistoric continent of Pangaea.

In a desperate attempt to prevent the destruction of Earth, Odo and his friends depart Pangaea for the futuristic world of Varania, getting help along the way from alien tourists, a ghostly Antarctic explorer, and Ralph, the highly unusual mobile windshield repairman.
