About The Author

Dr. Laura Maciuika is a clinical psychologist by training and a transformation mentor in practice. She was raised in Connecticut by Lithuanian parents, speaking Lithuanian at home and going to “Lith School” on Saturdays. This began her bridging of world views and cultures, which became Laura’s passion and joy both personally and professionally. She has over twenty years of experience facilitating people’s growth,healing and breakthroughs in settings from community mental health, to graduate schools, to workshops and trainings in the U.S. and abroad. Laura teaches and writes about practical ways to develop inner freedom for greater happiness and success. She switched coasts in 2004 and currently lives in northern California.
