Here’s the set-up:
The body of an attractive young woman is found in the woods near Shaitan Manor, her skin engraved with obscure symbols. A necrophiliac embalmer falls in love with her corpse. A Satanic cult among the elite called The Brotherhood seeks occult power. They will all come together to open a portal to an infernal realm of darkness and unleash Hell on earth.Amy is a gorgeous 18-year-old woman from a broken, wealthy family. Her boyfriend, a 30-year-old business analyst invites her to a secret group that meets every night on full moons in a place called Shaitan Manor, a secluded and ancient castle on top of a hill surrounded by a large forest. Once there Amy is given a chalice, taken out of a strange box, to drink from.
A couple of moments later, she begins to feel dizzy, the world spinning around her, and faints. When she wakes up from nightmarish sleep, she finds herself naked and chained to a large rectangular marble rock slab.
The portal to the Dark Tower of Life will be opened, and with it, a dimension of evil, infernal beings that have fed on human souls since the beginning of history. But now, they will drink more than that, they will have meat and blood.
“Possibly the best horror novel I have read so far this year (and that’s saying a lot, as I’m a seasoned horror veteran).“ 5 star review
