I’d read Misa’s other books (in the Lola Cruz series), so when I picked this one up, I already knew she could write. I didn’t know she could be chilling. This is a creepy book, in the very best sense of the word. Great protagonists, great supporting characters, and an interesting, fast-paced story with a surprise twist at the end that I, at least, didn’t see coming. Highly recommended!
I first found Misa Ramirez through her Lola Cruz mystery series and just adored her voice and story-telling, and I’m thrilled she’s released even more stories. With an ages old curse, romance, and edge-of-the-seat suspense, A Deadly Curse is a fantastic read.
Misa Ramirez is a master storyteller, and the legend she brings to these pages is a fascinating realm in which to get to know her talent.
I don’t often read romantic suspense…I’m more of a Cozy Mystery Chick…but I’ll read every one of Misa’s books.
