It’s often said ‘it takes a village to raise a child’. I feel the same regarding the process of preparing a manuscript from conception to (finally) a book! This process is certainly not a solo journey. Many people along the path, with their individual talents, let the author shine.
During the planning of this book, I had many questions and I turned to individuals who graciously gave of their time and expertise. The Center for Disease Control provided a wealth of information involving toxic compounds.
This is my first novel and I’m currently working on my second. The basis of my plots and character development comes through my many years in behavioral health. If we had a script foreshadowing our tomorrows based on patterns learned from others, would we read and apply the lessons?
