Aging billionaire Rex Atwater is on a mission to reshape history with a chilling act of anti-terrorist terrorism: the nuclear annihilation of Mecca. To carry out his plan, he recruits an unlikely team— embittered ex-Special Forces ace, Carla Smukowski, and a zealous para-military brigade, led covertly by weary FBI agent Boyce Hammond.

The scheme is complex. They must hijack a closely monitored nuclear waste shipment from Indonesia, build it into a bomb, deliver the device to Mecca without being stopped…and survive.
