Having suffered with anxiety for most of my life and having read every book you can think of, I came by this book and WOW. This book makes you stop and think when you have the negative chat going on in your head. Gary goes into detail about the different mind characters so as soon as my negative chat starts I now think ‘There goes the Judge’ or ‘That’s the Victim’ and it seems to stop things in its tracks. I was so impressed with the book that I bought it for a male colleague of mine who also suffers with anxiety and he has now recommended it to his niece to buy.
