Flight attendant and single mom, Sarah Murphy, is not looking forward to a flight filled with a group of deploying Marines, but when she runs into Sergeant Mike Mendez, she finds herself captivated by the handsome Marine’s charm.

After forming an undeniable connection at 31,000 feet, Sarah and Mike agree to keep in touch during his deployment. A long-distance relationship has its challenges under the best of circumstances, and with a war zone, a jealous fellow Marine, and a series of events that seem tailored to keep them apart, Sarah begins to wonder if their budding relationship has any chance of survival.
