Hello! I have a question about my kindle. I purchased a book by accident, and at first I did not know that I had bought it. I must have accidentaly pressed “buy” without knowing it. I clicked “home” and saw the book load. I tried to go back and undo the purchase, but could not. The book is still new and unopened. Is there any way to undo this purchase?
Maria, it is a fairly simple process as long as you are within the seven-day window that Amazon allows for Kindle book returns.
I recommend making sure you have either the Amazon order number of the 10-digit product number (“ASIN”), or both, and calling Kindle Support.

Just explain what happened and ask if you can return the ebook for a refund. In most cases your refund should be approved and the book will be removed from your Kindle’s Home screen and account.
