From The Author
The infamous ‘Walls’ prison in Huntsville, Texas is where hundreds of death row inmates have been executed by lethal injection. I was in Huntsville in 2007 as a journalist researching an article about capital punishment in America. I spoke to a former prison official who made an astonishing claim about what really happens to some of the inmates who enter execution chambers in the United States. His shocking claims inspired me to write this book. James Raven – 2012
