“Ms. Stella has penned a fun and light hearted read, which was a pure pleasure to read. Fun characters, and storyline made this a quick “Perfect for Anytime” read.

Here’s the set-up:

A man with a plan, a woman with a dream — two hearts on fire! In this spirited, contemporary romance, undercover agent Jack Benton is on a mission to save his beloved aunt’s failing dolphin facility in the Florida Keys. He’s positive he can close a deal, until his sassy Aunt Ruby accepts the research proposal of world-renowned marine mammal scientist Dr. Vic Sheffield. Now, Jack must cooperate with the project or break Ruby’s heart.

More than the Keys’ temperature heats up when Victoria Sheffield finesses her way into the facility under her famous father’s name, hoping to finally establish her own reputation. A lifetime of behavioral observation hasn’t prepared her for a suspicious, sexy homo-sapien like Jack. She’ll need every point of her elevated I.Q. to out-wit this wily alpha male. He knows she’s hiding something and, in the meantime, more than his suspicions are aroused.

One Reviewer Notes:

“Severely injured on the job, DEA Undercover Agent Jack Benton is on medical leave recuperating at Dolphin Land in the Florida Keys. His beloved Aunt Ruby Maguire, a widow of six months, owns the dilapidated facility that Jack wants to sell to developers so the woman who raised him could live a pampered life. Ruby refuses to sell because the six dolphins who reside in the lagoon are family to her. Instead she agrees to allow Delphind Prize winner Dr. Vic Sheffield to conduct research here.

Vic is actually Victoria as she uses her ailing father’s name to research the cooperative communication between Atlantic bottlenose dolphins. Victoria and Jack are attracted to one another, but he remains suspicious of her motives though he finds her energy quite exhilarating. As her research takes focus and she falls in love with Jack, his aunt, and the sextet of dolphins, Victoria has money problems and worse her ex is trying to blackmail his way onto her study; he stole her work on their so-called collaborative efforts. Jack will do anything including give up undercover work and stop a sleazy rat when it comes to his Vic.

About the Author

A voracious book fan since first learning to read, I fell in love with romance novels while pursuing my B.A. degree in English decades ago. A professional writer since someone first paid me to write radio commercials while I was still in college, I always dreamed of writing a book someday.

All Keyed Up, a humorous contemporary romance set at a dolphin facility in the Florida Keys with a determined researcher and a stubborn DEA agent, is my debut novel, originally published in print format a few years ago. Key of Sea, published a year later, proves that an ex-trophy wife can create a new life for herself, find love again with a younger man, and successfully battle land crabs.

Rowland Hill was humorous, but he was a great deal more, and those who know his lifework will not remember him as exemplifying one single quality, but as a good, childlike man in whom nothing for Christ was restrained. Considering him as he was overall, we will not soon see anyone like him again....

A man with a plan, a woman with a dream — two hearts on fire in Mary Stella’s ALL KEYED UP, 4.8 Stars and just 99 Cents On Kindle!

Victoria Sheffield finesses her way into a failing Florida Keys dolphin facility hoping to finally establish her own reputation, but a lifetime of scientific observation hasn’t prepared her for a suspicious, sexy homo sapien like undercover agent Jack Benton.

Yesterday’s Kindle Nation sponsor James W. Hall has proven time and again that the Florida Keys are a great setting for suspense. But if you have ever been there, you may know that they are just as great a backdrop for romance….

Here’s the set-up for Mary Stella’s All Keyed Up, 4.8 stars and just 99 Cents On Kindle:

When dreams collide and passion storms, it’s no wonder everybody’s All Keyed Up!

A voracious book fan since first learning to read, I fell in love with romance novels while pursuing my B.A. degree in English decades ago.

A professional writer since someone first paid me to write radio commercials while I was still in college, I always dreamed of writing a book someday. Eventually, I realized that a book wouldn’t spring fully written from my brain so I’d better get cracking.

I updated both of my books prior to releasing them electronically. I’m hard at work on a new project, which will also be set in the Florida Keys – the beautiful, fun, slightly abnormal island chain that I call home.

I love to hear from readers. Please email me at mary@mary-stella.com.
