The Sacred Seven: How to Create, Manage, and Sustain a Fulfilling Life
by Kirk Byron Jones
What’s in You is Greater than What’s Against You. Believe the Sacred in You!
The Sacred Seven are seven inspiring beliefs for living a life of passion, power, and promise:
1. I am a Child of God.
“We are continually loved from the inside out and from the outside in by a God of relentless grace and mercy.”
2. I Play and Soar in the Spirit.
“We are called to delight and aspire in God, even as God delights and aspires in us.”
3. I Co-Create My Life with My Thoughts and Deeds.
“Life is God’s gift to us; how we live life is our gift to God.”
4. I Explore and Expand Daily.
“We are constantly thrilled and “re-thrilled” by “the divine next” in life.
5. I Join Others in Creating the Beloved Community.
“Every person is a unique expression of God, having a priceless offering for God’s world.”
6. I Practice Enlightened Perseverance.”We keep on keeping on, ever learning, seeking, and finding as we go.”
7. It is Well with My Soul.
“Chronic stress is not mandatory; we have a holy right to peace of mind, heart, and soul.”
Each of these soul enlivening beliefs are presented with creative and novel strategies for living them out in the real world, including the invigorating Morning B.R.E.W., the transforming Evening Question, and the astonishing SEAT of Power.
