“This is Safe Haven Refugee Camp. Can anyone hear me?
Hello? Is anyone out there?”
The end of the world has given us a harsh, merciless existence, where nature tries hard to push mankind to the very brink of extinction. Everything is against us, between us…
Untold miles of lawless, angry roads wait for our feet, and the Future, cold and dark, offers little comfort. Without CHANGE, there will be no peace. Only Survivors.
Fated to lead New America, seven special people survive the apocalypse, only to find themselves on an adventure that will shake the very core of who they thought they were. From dangerous trips into dark, decaying cities, to patriotic rescues and magic revelations, Life After War is an action-packed fantasy where those left must come to terms with their mistakes in the old world, while fighting for a place in the new one.
The Survivors: Book One. It’s the start of a new magic, fantasy, and horror series that Stephen King and Stephanie Meyer fans have been hoping for. This way, please…
The Survivors has been an Amazon bestseller in fantasy series, dark fantasy, science fiction adventure, and romance series, 29 consecutive weeks and sold more than 10,000 copies in its first year.
From the reviewers:
“Seven very gifted survivors are destined to rebuild their country after a nuclear apocalypse… If they can stay alive long enough to find each other. Impossible to put down. Set along the lines of The Stand and The Postman, this is a chilling vision of the collapse of all society and the rebirth of a nation by those who survived. So much more than just another fantasy quest.” -The Review Shop
I happen to be a nut for end of the world fiction, movies and books and this vision of the future is truely chilling. I loved it. It was so realistic! From the nuclear blasts to the way society simply collapsed. Great writing, very vivid. I could almost feel the sparks between the Mother an the Father and there’s a lot of action. Tornadoes, sand storms. Just a great read. Can’t wait to dig into book two, on the road. – Dave
I love post apocalyptic fiction and this one hit the spot! Well written, it combines some classic elements of the genre (a group of unlikely companions) with a gritty portrayal of what the leftovers of an apocalypse could look like. I enjoyed this a lot and look to read more of the series. – Adrian
The Survivors: Book One (Life After War) is like nothing I’ve read before. I’ve never been one for this genre. But here’s the truth, the structure is quickly overlooked once this book engages you, forcing you to regard the intense relatable circumstances. As I blazed through the final pages I had to ask myself. Can this really happen here?
I seldom ever pick up a book that forces me to do more than just google, but rather engage my friends and family to ask them, and myself what if? – Trisha Elizabeth

I was told a writer’s bio was mandatory if I wanted to be taken seriously as an Author. Despite wondering if that’s true (It’s the story that matters, right?) I dug in and this is what I came out with:
Hello,
I’m Angie. (Pen name)
Now that the pleasantries are out of the way, lets you and I take a little stroll. There’s a story I need to let out of its cage and I think it’s one you need to hear. It’s about the end of the world as we know it…
PS. Little pleases me more than to explore the dark fantasy and horror stories in my head. Knowing other people like them is second only to the magic of this new career I’ve chosen so feel free to drop me a line or post a review.
As a die-hard Cincinnatian, I much prefer writing to the stresses of being a city Taxicab dispatcher. Thank you for making my dreams possible and for looking at this page. I doubt many do.
Also:(This is NOT a 3 set series. I never said it would be done in three books. )
